GIVEAWAY RULES

1. Giveaway organizer

The organizer is Samuel Ján Pavličko, a self-employed individual, company ID 21957304, registered at Boženy Němcové 788/1, 288 02 Nymburk, Czech Republic (the “organizer”).

2. Name, location and duration

The “Voutie – 3,000 votes giveaway” takes place online on Voutie. It thanks the people whose votes help create food and restaurant rankings in Prague.

The giveaway began on 06/11/2026, 16:27:21 and ends on 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59. Times are given in Czech local time. Entrants may enter and vote until the giveaway ends.

3. Entry conditions

Entry is free. An individual with a Voutie account and a delivery address in the Czech Republic may enter. People under 18 may enter with their legal guardian’s consent, which they must have when entering. If they win, the organizer will verify that consent and arrange delivery with their legal guardian as well.

To enter, sign in and click “Enter the giveaway” on the giveaway page. You may enter before casting your first vote. To be eligible for a draw, you must have at least one valid active vote in a Prague giveaway category at the deadline. Voting or signing in alone does not automatically enter you.

Earlier votes also count if valid and active at the deadline. Each entrant has at most one active vote per category and may change it at any time. Once entered, there is no need to enter again after casting more votes.

If an entrant deletes their Voutie account before the draw, their entry ends because they can no longer be contacted through the account.

Following, commenting or sharing on social media is not required and does not increase the number of entries.

4. Giveaway categories

The Prague giveaway categories are Pizza, Burger, Svíčková, Sushi, Pho, Kebab, Steak, Ice cream, Fried cheese, Tartare, Ribs and Lasagne.

Each valid active vote of an entrant in the relevant category and the city of Prague at the deadline is one entry in that category’s draw.

Entrants choose places freely according to their own opinion. Voting for a particular place is not required to win; fake or otherwise dishonest votes do not count.

5. Category prizes

In each giveaway category with at least one eligible vote from an entrant, the organizer will randomly draw one winner. The winner receives a CZK 1,000 voucher for a publicly accessible food establishment in the Czech Republic of their choice, where a voucher can be obtained.

No winner is drawn in a category without an eligible vote. There may therefore be at most 12 category prizes of CZK 1,000 each. One entrant may win in multiple categories and also win the grand prize.

If the establishment does not offer a voucher for exactly CZK 1,000, several vouchers from that establishment totaling CZK 1,000 may be provided. If that is not possible, the winner will agree on another suitable establishment. The organizer obtains the voucher; its form, validity and use are governed by the issuer’s options and conditions.

6. Grand prize

If the total number of valid active votes on Voutie reaches at least 10,000 at the deadline, the organizer will draw an additional grand-prize winner. Otherwise, the grand prize will not be drawn.

Each valid active vote of an entrant in one of the 12 Prague giveaway categories gives one entry in this draw. Entrants with votes in more categories have more entries.

The grand prize consists of 12 monthly prizes of CZK 1,000, one for each month of 2027. The winner may choose a different suitable establishment each month. The organizer will arrange the choice and delivery by email.

The organizer will try to deliver the first voucher in January after the draw. If this is not possible because of the winner’s response time or the time needed to obtain the voucher, the January voucher will be delivered later as soon as possible by agreement. A voucher need not be used in the month it is delivered; its validity is subject to the issuer’s conditions.

The total value of all prizes is at most CZK 24,000: up to CZK 12,000 in category prizes and another CZK 12,000 if the grand-prize condition is met.

7. Drawing and delivering prizes

Winners will be selected by random draw during January 2027 using records reflecting the situation at the end of the giveaway. The organizer will check eligibility and contact winners using the email address associated with their Voutie account.

A winner has 14 calendar days from the notice being sent to respond. If they do not respond or do not meet the conditions, the organizer may draw an alternate winner. If it is clear that the message was not delivered, the organizer will investigate before selecting an alternate.

The organizer will obtain and deliver or send a category prize no later than 30 calendar days after agreeing with the winner on a suitable establishment. The procedure in section 6 applies to the grand prize.

Winners will be contacted privately. Winners’ usernames and email addresses will not be published. A prize cannot be exchanged for money at the winner’s request.

8. Fairness

The organizer, persons involved in organizing the giveaway or able to influence its result, the organizer’s collaborators and employees, and persons close to them may not participate.

Fraudulent accounts, ineligible votes and conduct manipulating results may be excluded after verification. If a winner is found ineligible after the draw, the organizer may select an alternate. Questions and objections may be sent to [email protected].

9. Personal data

The organizer is the data controller. For the giveaway, the organizer processes account data, entrant identification, information about entry and eligible votes, and for winners the information needed to contact them and deliver the prize.

Data is used to organize and evaluate the giveaway, verify conditions, conduct the draw and deliver prizes. Entering does not itself constitute consent to marketing communications. More information about your rights and contacts is available in the privacy policy.

Under Voutie’s policies, giveaway data is processed to perform the giveaway rules, for the legitimate interest in documenting the giveaway, and where applicable to meet legal obligations. It is retained during the giveaway and prize delivery and then for as long as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

10. Final provisions

The organizer may change the rules or suspend the giveaway only for a serious reason, such as a significant technical issue or manipulation preventing a fair giveaway. The change and its reason will be published on the giveaway page, taking account of entrants’ legitimate interests.

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
