1. Giveaway Organizer

The name of the giveaway is: “Voutie – Vote & Win”

The purpose of the giveaway is to promote awareness of the Voutie platform and encourage users to participate in voting for the best food establishments.

3. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway runs from the moment of its publication until: April 30, 2026, 11:59 PM

Only participants who meet all participation requirements within this period will be eligible.

4. Giveaway Location

The giveaway takes place online via www.voutie.com and is promoted through the Organizer’s social media channels.

5. Participation Conditions

Any natural person may participate in the giveaway provided that they:

• have a residence or delivery address within the Czech Republic,
• have created a user account on the Voutie platform,
• submit at least 3 valid votes in any rankings on the Voutie platform during the giveaway period,
• follow the Organizer on at least one of the following social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Persons under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of their legal guardian.

In the event of winning, the Organizer may require cooperation from the legal guardian for prize delivery.

Each participant may be entered into the draw only once regardless of the number of votes exceeding the minimum requirement.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees to these rules.

6. Disqualification

The following persons are excluded from participation:

• the Organizer,
• persons involved in organizing the giveaway,
• close relatives of the above-mentioned persons,
• employees or contractors of the Organizer,
• accounts created fraudulently, duplicated, or for the purpose of manipulating the giveaway,
• participants violating the Voutie platform’s terms or rules.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant at any time in case of suspected fraudulent or unfair conduct.

If the Organizer discovers after the draw that a winner failed to meet the giveaway requirements or violated the rules, the Organizer may disqualify them and select an alternate winner.

7. Prize

The giveaway will have: 10 winners

Each winner will receive: a voucher / gift certificate worth CZK 1,500 for a food establishment of their choice, provided its issuance or purchase is objectively possible.

The selected establishment must:

• be located within the Czech Republic,
• be a publicly accessible food establishment,
• reasonably allow the purchase or issuance of vouchers or similar certificates.

The voucher may be delivered in one of the following forms depending on the establishment:

• physical,
• digital,
• or another similar form.

The Organizer undertakes to deliver/send the prize no later than: 30 calendar days from confirmation and successful contact with the winner.

If the selected establishment does not cooperate, refuses voucher issuance, or it is objectively impossible to obtain the voucher, the winner will be asked to choose another qualifying establishment.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another alternative upon the winner’s request.

Any tax obligations related to receiving the prize shall be borne by the winner in accordance with applicable Czech law.

8. Winner Selection

The draw will take place on: May 3, 2026 at 12:00 PM

Winners will be selected through random selection conducted by the Organizer from all eligible participants meeting the giveaway conditions.

9. Winner Announcement

Giveaway results will be announced on the Organizer’s official Instagram account on the draw date.

For the purpose of announcing results, the Organizer may publish the winner’s identification in the form of:

• username, or
• email address / anonymized part of the email used during registration.

Winners must contact the Organizer within: 7 calendar days from the announcement date.

Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

The Organizer may verify compliance with all participation requirements before delivering the prize. If the participant fails to prove compliance, entitlement to the prize shall expire.

10. Personal Data Protection

By participating in the giveaway, the participant acknowledges that the Organizer may process their personal data to the extent necessary for conducting, evaluating, and delivering the giveaway.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to administer the giveaway and thereafter for the period required by applicable law.

The participant further agrees that in the event of winning, their username or anonymized email address may be published for the purpose of announcing the results.

11. Liability and Technical Conditions

The Organizer shall not be liable for technical issues related to registration, voting, or participation caused by system outages, internet failures, technical malfunctions, or third-party interference.

The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to deliver the prize notification or inability to contact the winner due to reasons on the participant’s side.

12. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend, shorten, extend, or cancel the giveaway at any time.

There is no legal entitlement to the prize, and the prize cannot be legally enforced.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram) or ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok), and these companies bear no responsibility for the giveaway.
